Medical Ambulance Donation to Expand Emergency Healthcare Access for Communities in South Lampung Regency
YIIM, supported by PT Insight Investments Management, handed over an operational ambulance unit through PTPN VII to the South Lampung Regency Government, expanding community emergency medical transport access for underprivileged residents.
The Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun Foundation (YIIM), supported by PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) through its Humanitarian Social Program, provided an ambulance to PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII (PTPN VII). PTPN VII then handed over the operational function of the ambulance to the South Lampung Regency Government (Pemkab Lampung Selatan).
This Humanitarian Social Program is a form of care and Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by INSIGHT, carried out in collaboration with the Plantation Pension Fund (DAPENBUN).
On February 2, 2023, the Handover Ceremony for the Ambulance Assistance was held, attended by Didi Hernadi as VP Marketing of PT Insight Investments Management, Edwind Sinaga as President Director of DAPENBUN, Hudi Prihmono as Operations Director of DAPENBUN, Ryanto Wisnuardhy as Director of PTPN VII, and Okta Kurniawan as SEVP Business Support of PTPN VII.
The purpose of this CSR activity was to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG no. 3 on health, which is to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages, and SDG no. 17 on partnerships to achieve these goals.
This assistance is a continuous commitment from INSIGHT, DAPENBUN, and YIIM to improve the welfare of Indonesian people through the provision of health services, emergency response activities for both natural and non-natural disasters, and maximizing service support in the health sector, humanitarian social efforts, and other operational activities.
The ambulance provided meets the standard specifications for ambulances in Indonesia. Its interior includes an IV hook, oxygen therapy set, first aid kit, automatic ambulance stretcher complete with mattress and straps, and a fire extinguisher.
YIIM and INSIGHT remain committed to spreading inspiration across various regions of Indonesia. As a non-profit institution, YIIM is open to all parties wishing to provide support or donations in any form. Every donation made to YIIM will be distributed directly to rightful and underprivileged beneficiaries. Hopefully, the good collaboration between these institutions will be further strengthened in the future to realize social welfare and inspire the community to share with one another.
