Staple Food, Vitamin, and Hygiene Rations Handover in Gianyar, Bali and Wonogiri, Central Java
In partnership with PT Insight Investments Management, YIIM executed social welfare distributions delivering 100 staple food and vitamin packages in Gianyar, Bali, along with hundreds of nutrition aid kits across four subdistricts in Wonogiri, Central Java.

On September 23, 2020 and September 27, 2020, the Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun Foundation (YIIM), in collaboration with PT. Insight Investments Management, held a social service activity consisting of distributing basic necessities, masks, and vitamins in Bali and Wonogiri, Central Java.
In Bali, the activity took place on September 23, 2020, distributing 100 basic food packages consisting of rice, cooking oil, vitamins, sugar, milk, and vitamins. The distribution areas included Desa Adat Talepud – Pujung Kaja – Sebatu, Kecamatan Tegallalang, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali. The video of the basic food distribution in Bali can be accessed .
Adi Cipta, a representative of the local COVID-19 task force team, expressed his gratitude for the social service carried out by YIIM and PT. Insight Investments Management, hoping that this assistance would ease the burden on the community in facing the pandemic.
Meanwhile, for the implementation in Wonogiri, Central Java Province, the social service was held in four villages: Godang, Ngambarkulon, Ngambarwetan, Ngunut, Mbawang, and Pojok. The basic food packages distributed consisted of rice, masks, telon oil, vitamins, sugar, soy sauce, instant noodles, and Energen.
The event in Wonogiri was made possible through collaboration with Karangtaruna ARTA 99 as the local committee that handled the technical arrangements on site. Toni, as the head of Karangtaruna, expressed his gratitude for the successful organization of the event. “I hope the community here is helped and this can ease the burden amid a pandemic like this,” said Toni.
Dewi Astari, a YIIM board member, said during the event, “During this pandemic, YIIM has a special concern. Together with our partners, we are directing our programs to ease the burden of our brothers and sisters in many places across Indonesia, in this event in Wonogiri and in Bali.
Previously, YIIM held social service events in East Nusa Tenggara, Papua, and the Greater Jakarta area during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Meanwhile, Dwi Laksmi Anggita Sari, a representative of PT. Insight Investments Management, said, “We are proud to continue contributing to ease the burden of communities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. We hope all parties continue to work together to tackle COVID.”
