Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) and PT Insight Investments Management conducted business mentoring and periodic monitoring for barber training graduates establishing their own independent barbershop enterprises.

YIIM, in collaboration with PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) and CT ARSA Foundation, conducted the "Petualangan ARSA: Jaga Bumi, Jago Literasi" environmental education program in Kamal, West Jakarta. Activities included waste sorting workshops, recycled craft sessions, and literacy coaching for schoolchildren.

YIIM, together with PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) and the Plantation Pension Fund (DAPENBUN), inaugurated the reconstructed Tunas Karya Kindergarten building in Kebun Gedeh, Cugenang, Cianjur Regency. This reconstruction restored early childhood learning facilities destroyed by the 2022 Cianjur earthquake.

YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management provided intensive training in frozen food and cookie baking, financial management coaching, and micro-enterprise mentoring to support female entrepreneurship and family self-reliance in Rawalumbu, Bekasi.

YIIM, in partnership with PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) and Universitas Bung Karno, held applied computer training for parolees at the Central Jakarta Class I Correctional Center (BAPAS). Participants were equipped with office software skills to enhance employment opportunities and entrepreneurial independence.

YIIM, in collaboration with PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) and the Carenang District Dharma Wanita Persatuan, organized professional makeup training in Serang Regency, Banten. The workshop trained 25 women and preschool educators to foster entrepreneurship in the beauty sector.

YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management conducted social entrepreneurship management and financial bookkeeping training for BKMM Bekasi City members, integrated with practical skills reinforcement in sewing and home-based food product diversification.

Through continuous entrepreneurship mentoring by YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT), barista alumnus Ezra Ollyn successfully expanded his "Ribelle Coffee" business and attained national barista certification (BNSP). The program facilitated coffee shop partnerships and enhanced digital market sales.

YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) provided complete commercial coffee equipment and business mentoring to Bambang Purbowo, a former online motorcycle taxi driver. This equipment grant enabled him to establish an independent coffee venture to support his family's livelihood sustainably.

YIIM, together with PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT), donated an air conditioning unit to Al-Ikhlash Mosque in Jatipadang, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. This community facility assistance aimed to improve the comfort and convenience of local worshippers during daily religious activities.
