Through YIIM's culinary entrepreneurship training and mentoring, Triyana Sari, an underprivileged homemaker from Bekasi, successfully launched an independent frozen food business producing chicken egg rolls. The culinary and product packaging skills acquired empowered her to generate sustainable household income.
