Technical instruction on crafting chewy tapioca pearls from raw ingredients Blending signature beverage lines: Brown Sugar Boba, Authentic Thai Tea, Matcha Latte, and Fruit Mocktails Techniques for aesthetic visual gradient layering and ice calibration Cost-per-cup financial modeling, gross profit calculation, and kiosk branding strategies

Expected Outcomes

Equip trainees with high-demand beverage formulation skills to launch profitable independent beverage stalls

On April 29, 2019, the Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun Foundation (YIIM) together with students from the University of Indonesia (UI) held a “Ngopi Bareng” activity.

The Ngopi Bareng activity was held at Kopi Inspirasi by Join. The purpose of this activity was to introduce YIIM to UI students who are beneficiaries of education and living cost assistance. There were 8 UI students attending the activity, accompanied by 2 UI mentors. UI also gave an award to YIIM in the form of a plaque as a token of gratitude.

The activity is expected to create a closer relationship between YIIM and the beneficiaries of education and living cost assistance, as well as to motivate students to be more enthusiastic in achieving their dreams.
