On March 9, 2021, generously supported by principal sponsor PT Insight Investments Management (PT IIM), Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) carried out Phase II of the School Supplies and Health Package Distribution for children who are survivors or victims of violent crimes under the official care of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK). The assistance provided encompassed school backpacks, notebooks, reading books, stationery kits, drawing books, medical masks, and bottles of hand sanitizer.

This initiative followed the successful implementation of the program’s initial distribution phase conducted previously.

Through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, investment management firm PT Insight Investments Management demonstrates an enduring dedication to advancing social and humanitarian welfare across Indonesia. Guided by its core philosophy, "Transforming Investment into Social Impact," PT IIM collaborates with YIIM to turn positive investment returns into tangible social contributions.

In this second phase, aid was disbursed to 36 children spanning elementary school to university levels across Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, Sumatra, and Kalimantan. All beneficiaries are registered protected individuals receiving comprehensive psychosocial rehabilitation programs under LPSK supervision.

Through this partnership, YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management actively supported this psychosocial rehabilitation mission by equipping vulnerable youths with essential educational tools.

The symbolic handover was conducted through direct home visits to three recipient families residing in Jakarta and Depok. The provisions were presented jointly by YIIM Executive Board Secretary Dewi Astari and Muljami, representing the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK).

Expressing his gratitude, Muljami stated: "We extend our thanks to YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management for their commitment to supporting psychosocial programs for children under LPSK protection. This forms part of an ongoing partnership between LPSK and YIIM dedicated to the psychosocial healing of protected victims and witnesses. We hope this constructive collaboration endures and expands benefits for those under our care."

This joint intervention aligns directly with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), notably SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.

As an independent non-profit foundation, Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun warmly welcomes collaborative engagement with institutions and donors wishing to contribute. Broad multi-stakeholder participation is essential to bolster psychosocial rehabilitation programs, empowering protected children to heal and pursue their aspirations with renewed hope.

Salam Inspirasi!
