Halal Dim Sum Culinary Entrepreneurship Workshop for Home-Based Food Producers

Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) conducted the Baking Class Training Batch 2 at its Jakarta office, engaging 22 participants from the public and Cahaya Quran Islamic boarding school. The workshop provided hands-on culinary techniques to foster independent micro-entrepreneurship.

On April 28, 2019, Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) successfully conducted the Baking Class Training Batch 2. Held at the YIIM office, this initiative aimed to inspire an entrepreneurial spirit among community members and provide tangible support to help improve their economic resilience.

A total of 22 participants took part in Baking Class Batch 2, comprising members of the general public and students from the Cahaya Quran Islamic boarding school (pesantren). Through this hands-on baking course, participants gained valuable practical culinary skills to help them establish or expand home-based businesses for a more self-reliant future.
