Equipped with barbershop entrepreneurship training, an apprenticeship at Barbershop Inspirasi, and mentoring from YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management, Gusti Darmawan, a Jakarta Pusat BAPAS client, successfully became a self-reliant professional barber.

YIIM organized a two-day entrepreneurship management workshop covering financial bookkeeping, business licensing, marketing strategies, and barista fundamentals for 15 correctional clients and former terrorism inmates at Bapas Class I Malang.

Supported by tiered barista training programs, university scholarship funding, and intensive mentoring from YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management, Humam Hasan, a former inmate, transformed into a professional barista trainer and earned his bachelor's degree.

YIIM, collaborating with LPSK RI and UNODC, presented business equipment packages for coffee baristas and culinary ventures to terrorism victims and survivors who completed comprehensive entrepreneurship training and internship programs.

YIIM, together with LPSK and UNODC, hosted the closing ceremony for the barista internship at Kedai Kopi Inspirasi while handing over coffee brewing equipment kits to terrorism survivors to start their own independent cafes.

Through tiered barista training, an internship, and entrepreneurship mentoring from YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management, Ponco Sunarto, a former correctional client, successfully became a professional barista and an instructor for community coffee training.

YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management collaborated with MPR RI Deputy Speaker Arsul Sani to host a national civic dialogue and distribute Ramadan social assistance to vocational training alumni in Jakarta.

YIIM collaborated with the KOMPAK volunteer community to distribute emergency relief packages containing food staples, dignity kits, and COVID-19 prevention supplies to hundreds of residents affected by Tropical Cyclone Seroja in Kupang, NTT.
