Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM), supported by PT Insight Investments Management, hosted Webinar Series 2 on employment rights and workplace risks, providing labor regulation insights to 34 university students and fresh graduates.

YIIM, supported by PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) and the Malang Class I Correctional Center (BAPAS), conducted vehicle steam wash training for former inmates at Griya Abhipraya Malang. The program included donating commercial wash machines and tools to promote economic self-reliance.

YIIM collaborated with LPSK RI to conduct intensive barbershop training and distribute professional hair clippers kits to a crime survivor in Solo, restoring post-traumatic livelihood security and economic independence.

Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) held a national webinar titled "Realizing Synergy in the Empowerment Agenda for Survivors" with 100 human rights advocates and academics. The forum formulated cross-sector cooperation to provide legal support, psychosocial recovery, and vocational training for crime victims.

YIIM delivered practical culinary training and granted business startup equipment, including a chest freezer unit and commercial cooking utensils, to a former correctional inmate to support an independent food stall in Central Jakarta.

YIIM, together with LPSK and UNODC, organized tiered coffee barista training, internship programs, and distributed business equipment packages to Mufti Ahbal, a Bali bombing victim's family member, enabling him to successfully launch an independent coffee shop.

Supported by barista coffee training, an internship at Kafe Inspirasi, and business equipment capital assistance from YIIM and LPSK, terrorism survivor Vivi Normasari successfully overcame adversity to establish her own independent coffee shop.

Empowered by frozen food culinary training and cooking equipment assistance from YIIM, Tumini Tuban, a 2002 Bali bombing survivor, successfully established a home-based food enterprise to become the primary breadwinner for her family.
