YIIM, supported by PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT), conducted a pastry entrepreneurship training program on cookie making for 12 underprivileged individuals and persons with disabilities in Jakarta. Participants learned to produce florentine and peanut cookies to kickstart their independent culinary businesses.

YIIM, in collaboration with IBU Foundation and U-Report and supported by PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT), held the Youth Advocacy for Climate Action (Y4CA) workshop in Bandung. The training equipped youth with climate mitigation and policy advocacy skills to combat environmental crises.

YIIM, together with PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT), sponsored professional medical teams and doctor services for a mass circumcision drive at Al-Insan Grand Mosque in Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta. The program supported dozens of orphans, underprivileged children, and local residents.

YIIM, PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT), and CT ARSA Foundation organized the Kamal Eco Festival 2023 themed "Jago Literasi, Jaga Bumi" in Kamal, West Jakarta. The event showcased green innovation exhibitions, recycling bazaars, and youth environmental literacy showcases.

YIIM, in collaboration with PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) and CT ARSA Foundation, conducted the "Petualangan ARSA: Jaga Bumi, Jago Literasi" environmental education program in Kamal, West Jakarta. Activities included waste sorting workshops, recycled craft sessions, and literacy coaching for schoolchildren.

YIIM, together with PT Insight Investments Management (INSIGHT) and the Plantation Pension Fund (DAPENBUN), inaugurated the reconstructed Tunas Karya Kindergarten building in Kebun Gedeh, Cugenang, Cianjur Regency. This reconstruction restored early childhood learning facilities destroyed by the 2022 Cianjur earthquake.

Participants were equipped with office software skills to enhance employment opportunities and entrepreneurial independence.

YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management conducted social entrepreneurship management and financial bookkeeping training for BKMM Bekasi City members, integrated with practical skills reinforcement in sewing and home-based food product diversification.
